Chris loves partnering with Jesus and others to develop the frameworks, teaching, and practices behind Thrive that help people grow in emotional maturity, build healthy relationships, and discover and live from their God-given design. He has a particular passion for helping leaders recognize what may be limiting healthy growth and build relational cultures where people can become more like Jesus together.

Rebecca brings those ideas to life through operations, content development, and the practical systems that help a healthy culture take root. She brings clarity, creativity, and structure to the work, helping translate vision into experiences and resources people can actually use.

Together, Chris and Rebecca come alongside leaders, missionaries, Microchurches, and everyday disciples to strengthen what God is already building. They are passionate about helping people understand the relational and developmental conditions necessary for a community to become healthy.

Their desire is not simply to help everyday disciples of Jesus and ministries function better, but to cultivate extended spiritual families where people are seen, known, enjoyed, equipped, and increasingly able to give away what they have received.
