Love You, Well Open Table
1st Friday of Each Month | 6:30 PM
Many of us quietly learned to keep the peace by keeping others happy, even if it meant ignoring our own limits and needs. In this warm and honest conversational open table, we’ll explore why saying no can feel physically uncomfortable, how our nervous systems can become wired for self-betrayal, and how healing invites us to live with greater honesty and self-respect. Together we’ll learn more about how to let our yes be yes and our no be no, discovering that honoring the heart God entrusted to us is not selfish, it’s part of learning to love well.
This is a place to grow in healthy loyalty to ourselves and explore where we unintentionally betray ourselves in relationships, where we over-give, shrink, or silence our needs in the name of being “nice, easy going, godly, nurturing, or generous” and show up differently for ourselves, and for others.
We will also listen to Father tell us if the good things we are doing are actually obedience, or self-imposed yokes He never put on our shoulders.
This is an in person event and open table (anyone is invited to attend) and occurs the first Friday of each month in 2026.
Currently, there isn't an online option for this event.
