Ten Months Is a Short Journey to Healing and a Fuller Life

After three full rounds of the 10-month relational discipleship journey here at Thrive MicroChurch Network, we find ourselves once again in awe, humbled, moved, and full of hope. Each journey is a sacred walk, a slow and steady rhythm of being present with people in their actual stories, not just their Sunday answers. And this past round? It’s brought tears to our eyes in the best way.

We don’t rush people. We don’t fix them. We simply walk with them, through valleys of old pain, over hills of discovery, and into places of connection many never thought they’d reach. These aren’t just “aha” moments; they’re holy moments. Moments where a grown man weeps because he finally understands that emotions aren’t weaknesses. Or where a woman, for the first time in her life, says out loud that she feels safe. These are the victories we live for.

One woman told us, “I didn’t know how much I was carrying until I had someone sit with me in it.” Another shared, “For the first time, I’m parenting with peace instead of panic.” Marriages are softening. Generational patterns are breaking. Kids are watching their parents become stable, kinder, and emotionally attuned. These stories aren’t just testimonials, they’re love stories. Love taking root in hearts where fear once lived. Love being rebuilt, often for the first time, within the walls of home.

What’s even more beautiful is what happens next: what they've received here doesn't stop with them. They give it away. They invite others into what they’ve experienced. They become safe people for someone else. It’s the discipleship multiplication we longed for, built on presence. On family. On becoming wholehearted together.

We celebrate everything here. Every boundary set. Every apology made. Every new pattern started. Every brave conversation that leads to more connection. And over time, it all adds up. Not just to change, but to transformation. Real, lasting, heart-deep change.

We’ve learned something along the way: investing in wholehearted discipleship always comes back tenfold. It may take time. It may cost us our comfort. But the return? It’s relational gold. It’s stories that stick with you. It’s watching someone become more and more who God made them to be, not just in belief, but in their body, their home, their community.

So here we are again, at the end of another ten months, celebrating with full hearts, gearing up for the next round. God is healing His people, and He’s doing it one honest, connected, courageous step at a time. What an honor it is to walk with them and what a joy to witness the fruit.
